Terms
Terms of service
Last updated 29 October 2026. These terms are between you and TradesBinder, LLC, which operates TradesBinder.
The service
TradesBinder keeps records for inspection and service trades: due dates, inspections, findings, client links and reports. A recordkeeping aid. It does not certify compliance and is not legal advice. You remain responsible for the work you do and for whether it meets the rules that apply to it.
Your records
The records you enter belong to you. We keep them to run the service and you can export them at any time on any plan. We do not use them for anything else.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment processor and renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and is not refunded part-way. A founders price stays with your subscription for as long as it remains active.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to store anything you have no right to store, to break the law, or to try to reach another company's records.
Changes and availability
We may change the service and these terms. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change that reduces what your plan includes. We aim to keep the service available and to keep your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the law of the state in which TradesBinder, LLC is organised.
